The original three criteria to diagnose infarction were concord an ST elevation of more than one millimeter in leads with a positive QRS which would score you a 5. With the scobosa criteria if you score three or more on that criteria they have a specificity of 90% for diagnosing MI however they only have a sensitivity of 36 so they are specific but not sensitive. Now essentially what I'm telling you is I do not remember that I have to go looking up every single tough but essentially there are some criteria that might be useful.
