Do You Need a Trade Mark?
A trade mark is something you can get your business name reserve, so no one else can use it. You have to actually be using it, or have a intent to use and you file something with the us Patent trade mark office. A lot of times when clients, again, we have to unwind some of the things they're doing because they went on line, set up an entity. And then they thought about the web sit name or the d b a name or the trade mark name. What you want to do is try to sit back and go, ok, what's my long term goal here?
