How to Get Great Feedback From Your Clients
When you get feedback, understand the feedback. When someone tells you you need to be structured and so on, just walk away. Most times people don't even know what structured means. You're never going to be perfect. You have to be good enough. And when you do an unusual case, like a pricing case, understand the underlying technique. Don't memorize the approach. Understand the underlying technique and see how you could apply it to a different case.
