Some people these days don't even want to acknowledge that obesity is a problem, right? Is this not politically correct? Well, I think those people have gotten to the state of hopelessness. So if you're giving people the same ineffective advice, eat less exercise more. That's what most doctors and nutritionists are still telling people. It really isn't helping. And we need to come up with more effective solutions.
