Is KCL Potassium Chloride Really Effective?
SAS trial is another New England Journal of that snorkel. They randomized villages in China and they just got randomized to normal salt or salt where they took the normal salt and replaced 25% of it with KCL potassium chloride. And then they follow them for three years and they had a significant reduction in both stroke and in total mortality. So, what is potassium chloride tastes like? It's supposed to be pretty good you can buy 25% potassium chloride on Amazon so you can taste it for yourself.
