And as knowledge workers, how can we use narrow focus to help us achieve our goals? i started this work by interviewing olympic athletes, o fat, like, the fastest runners in the world. But my thoughts about where are they looking, i was completely off. They tell me that when they want to run faster and and what they are doing then is their focusing on the finish line.
