Just for Cause, You Can't Use a Peremptory Strike for Cause
Just for cause, means that person cannot serve on the jury. For cause peremptory is, i just don't like the look of em. I want em off. You could have known that you needed to save at least one until the very end. That doesn't make any sense, really. And so justas sodamar was dissenting, joined by the two other democratic appointees.
