There's a pretty active British crime movie industry going on throughout this entire time. I did feel like after the Richie boom, and when Matthew Vaughn goes off and starts making IP Hollywood films, a lot of this energy just moves to television. It is on my list for sure. In Bruj's is an entrant. Unfortunately, his next two films are just straight up American films. They have English cast members, but he vacates what could have been his English havers from. Was it taken away from him? It looks like it.
