Insurance policy is a contract. We are as beholden to it as our policy holder is. And so we want to make sure, at least, ouknow, collition, that we're providing as much coverage as possible. By doing that, we need to stay active in the claim. So you definitely don't want an insurance carrier that is going to basically assigned a breech council or privacy council assigned to forensics, and then check in every three months,. Especially on a ransom or incident, right? Things change daily. They change by the minute... You want to makesure that you have some one that can be an active partner with the insured"
