Senior staff leaders are responsible for moving the church's missiono ward. They should be made up of people who obviously love jesus, they love the church and meet all those biblical ons of leadership. In every church of every size, we recommend a team of anywhere from three to eight leaders,. And you want them to model the behaviors of the culture that you are hoping to create.
