Do You Know How Much Load You Can Really Support?

The biggest risk is just to get injured or to get overused. So one main thing is to see how much load the body can really support. And that's why i often see also development over years with my athletes, like a seruisiana. But i could not say this is now the algaitmel to take always the same decision. That is a little bit ithe complicated part of it. It doesn't matterto open the training data. I have in mind the information from the autlate. I make my notes, and then i take a decision about the next r about the next steps. Just expect some miracles.
