How Much Time Do You Put in During the Day?

In terms of amount of time i put in during the day, i mean, my full time job is coaching. Most of what i've been working on recently is a calculation,. A trying to defend better against opponents who are kind of worse off but they throw the kitchen sink at you. At least a serious three hours at least per day, somewhere in that range.
