The governor made a major move to make monoclonal antibodies available to people, not just if they got sick, but even if they'd been exposed to it. Hihink saved a lot of lives and kept a lot of people out of hospitals. The federal goverment started rationing the drugs so that florida didn't look bad by making this an effective way pursue this.
