Is This Really a Curfew?

I was living in a friend's trailer on her couch and there was a very limited space. When I went over to take a look at his house he seemed really off in the creepy sort of way. Almost immediately he started going on about a curfew I'd have to abide by if I was to live there. A few days after this happens I see a young girl at his house getting drunk.
