The hypoxic exercise training is most effective when you're doing something like repeated sprint training in the lower oxygen environment. You need to be doing at least two to three times per week over the period of around six to eight weeks to see those adaptations. It's really important whenever you do any form of exercise that you go through a thorough pre-screening, so medical pre-screened on that.
