Justice Thomas - I Love This Dissent, but I Don't Think So

I thought this was, this didn't read like a totally classic Justice Thomas opinion to me. It had sort of a little bit more of kind of like a functional, pragmatic kind of common sense flavor to it than a typical Justice Thomas opinion.
