The Problem With the Prosecution and the Defense's Case

David Bain was found not guilty of all charges related to his family's death. He served a decade in prison for a crime, he didn't commit. In June 2017, the Crown deemed there to be no reason to hang onto the many exhibits gathered for the first two trials so they began disposing of items of evidence. The government is considering a compensation claim from David Bain.
