Expo Router's internal state is not easily represented by URLs, like running offline without a server. The way it works is what Fernando Rojo described as infinite stack where you want basically every tab to have access to every screen. Right now there's a draft PR open. It's all the bunch of problems last night, but there's still a bunch more.
