The Importance of Risk Assessment in Agile Development
Anal: To me, there are a few key ingredients to de-risking. I think the first one is to ensure that you have a competence mix on your team that are able to recognize the different types of risks. And then working incrementally and sort of agile and then having risk assessment as an integral part of your sort of sprints and gates where you revisit new information we have. Peter: The one risk about machine learning project is just to think about these risks in the same way as you would do with classical IT project risks.
