Is Your Approach Unique in the Amazon Arena?

Bradley: I think it's safe to say that your approach is deafinitly unique in the industry. And, you know, i'm glad that this is not scripted, because so of these are scripted. So here's how it is. Out of complete ignorance, when i started the amazon arena, i put a huge amount of of a value in creating a relationship with each customer and building a customer list. In my previous business, our bu literally depended on having what we call back and marketing, meaning i would not have survived, let alone be profitable, if i didn't have a back and system. We now refer to this as post purchase marketing, meaning after the
