Hindu nationalists say class and caste are not divisions that we are really truly concerned with. They're offering on the platform of shared Hindu identity, that kind of social harmony transcends class and caste divisions. This is a very clever way of dealing with the question of caste. I think there are rough parallels in the way Hitler dealt with the class question in Germany by saying that, you know, the Bolsheviks or the Marxists are waging class for.
