If somebody is willing to fudge the numbers or maybe bend the truth slightly on a resume, I think it's highly likely that they might do that in other areas of their business as well. So I like to really dig into those and ask some of those hard questions when I'm looking at their history. If you see that folks were with organizations for long periods of time, if they had a lot of accolades, if they got referrals and recommendations throughout that process,.
