Quantum Mechanics - What Kind of History Will the Universe Have?
In quantum mechanics, you don't have this picture that sort of definite things happen. Instead, there's the picture that there are many, many possible things that can happen. In our models of physics, we can see this very explicitly. You basically see all these possible paths of history for the universe. All those paths are getting followed. And then the real question is, well, in some sense intrinsically all those paths have been followed.
