In Tableau, governance is happening via access and permissions at an ingredient level. Once something goes from an ingredient to an actually cooked meal, the access and permissions have completely changed. So what I'm hearing you say is that what you saw was governance being applied at a field level or an attribute level. But after that, it really wasn't getting applied anywhere that you were seeing day in and day out.
