Reasonable Adjustments for Autism

Under the Equality Act, somebody is considered to have a disability if they have a physical or mental impairment and that impairment has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on their ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities. A good mentor during any induction process can be worth their weight in gold. Provision of appropriate desk location rather than simply hot-desking could also avoid social difficulties.
