Are You a Contractor or an Employee?

In the united states alone, there are about 12 million people who are classified as contractors. In california, i think most famously tis this assembly bill number five that actually went into effect on january first. And it basically has three tests that you need to look in order to figure out whether someone's a contractor or whether someone's an employee. The more the company gives guide lines, tells you how to do your job, the more likely it is that you're actually an employee and not a actor.
