Leadership Development
Leadership development is a journey, in some ways, a development journey for people. We identified 20 key competencies that any man, first time manager needs to be successful. These competencies were around critical thinking, focusing on your team wellness and how to be inclusive. And then we we bundle them into eight units, if you will, around four of them that focus on yourself, and four of them focus on the team. To achieve those goals, you bring in various experiences such as grow coaching or virtual instructor led sessions. At the end you do a capstone project - what you walk away with is basically a temlet that you can use to lead your team.
