What's Happening in the Speedboat Crash Oll?

The opening scene with the speedboat crash ow, like, what is happening? Already? I was like, this is weird the way it's filmed. At some points, i don't knw if you noticed, but sometimes it cut to the close up of the two kids on the boat and they were not a boat or even on water. It was absolutely hilarious. And then maybe you see off camera some shadows or some blood flutter, and then you get the after shot of the prosthetic dead body wherever. They have their way of doing it, don't they?
