How Long Can I Build Muscle on Maintenance Calories?

I didn't track calories till probably like seven years into my lifting you know so it was I mean I never tracked macros it's like I would track protein and I would track the cleanness of my sources. Most people that start training are gonna be probably in a surplus but there's also people that have some body fat to lose that are gonna recompe for a long time. If your performance is going up over time if you're an advanced lifter and you're eating at maintenance and your performance is trending up chances are you are putting on some muscle, he says.
