How to Structure a Group Fitness Program

Group fitness is putting together a group of runners on and or I would say you could also look at it as multi sport you could do running groups and multi sport groups. Taking people together to train together for any reason so that would just be sort of the broad category versus like if you're looking at a coaching situations there's the one on one situation and then there's the group situation. You can do a free you basically donate your time whether it be with for a running store or for the local running club or tri club or even just creating your own but just making it free.
