The Importance of the Incarnate Word

God has come and united himself to sinners, not just like me, but me. That's the heart of the gospel. Our sin for his righteousness are filth for his perfection. Ours is imputed to him as second Corinthians five, 21 says, so that we might become the righteousness of God. He carries on all the way down to this ends in verses 16 and 17 where he talks about Mary being in this line, which is going to result. And maybe the greatest, the greatest scandal of all time, which is a virgin giving birth that nobody really believes was a virgin.
