Yon: Why on earth would we allow tik talk in this country if we're not allowed to have twitter, snapchat and face book in china? Yon: There's going to be a quid proquo requirement that, you know, censorship works. It makes no sense to censor the chinese government twitter or u tube. We want to see exactly how they're doing their propaganda. But i do think that therefore, at the same time, american enterprises need to be able to express other viewpoints in China....
