The Relationship Between Sex and Disorganization
The sexuality of bodies brings medical practitioners towards something they don't understand. Western medicine in particular suffers from this with its anatomical scientific conception of the subject. It has a very hard time thinking holistically, it's a specialized version of the body in bits and pieces. And psychoanalysis is born at a certain moment that that reaches a pitch to then speak to what has now become foreign to subjectivity.
