What Are Keystone Habits?

When people start exercising habitually, on the days that they exercise, it's easier for them to eat more healthily. Exercise is a great example of this. If you were like an athlete in school growing up, if you were an athlet your whole life, thenercise is not going to be a keystone habit. Once you start seeing yourself as the kind of person who doesn't smoke, or have a drink after work, or spends more time being present with your husband and kids, that starts to change other behaviors too.
