O'Kee: What justice has done in New York, is a prior restraint on speech and for to protect attorney client privilege. He says the Supreme Court said you can't even impose a prior restraints on speech for national security reasons if you're the government. "Here you have multiple courts in fact saying, well, maybe, maybe you can," O'Kee adds.
