The Importance of Potatoes

Prince Edward Island make a million tons of potatoes each year. McCain are the world's largest manufacturer of frozen potato products. They were founded by two brothers called Harrison and Wallace McCain. A quarter of Canada's potatoes, despite it being a very small Canadian province.
