Isn't the China Russia Strategic Partnership Based in Part on Their Desire to Propagate Titalitarian Regimes?
There is definitely a sort of ideological combrodery that is motivating the china russ strategic relationship. And again, if you look at the joint statement that was released on february fourth, you see a lot of this spelled out in that extraordinary document. I don't think that it's in the united states, or anyone's interest really to frame this too much in terms of sort of battle between democracies and autocracies. Because i think we can only go toward zero som conflict.
