Startup is always starting from a problem. And in general, I would say, look for a problem, a big problem, something that is really worth solving. Then ask yourself, so who has this problem? If you happen to be the only person on the planet with this problem, thenI would say, go go shrink. It's going to be way cheaper. But if a lot of people actually have this problem, what you really want to do is go and speak with those people and understand their perception of the problem. They will tell you that, you know what? I pray that this problem will disappear. If you can do something about it, please do."
