The World Mob and Forager Values

This is actually, I don't know, this is the trouble that I've been having both researching and in the conversation we've had so far. These kind of ideas of like the world mob and the world mob is forager values they're kind of vague. They're not very propositional at all. And that kind of makes them bad is that kind of making them like difficult to to apply in practice but it also makes them very very difficult to basically to nail down and to discuss explicitly right.

Right. This is actually, I don't know, this is the trouble that I've been having both researching and I think in the conversation we've had so far is that these kind of ideas of like the world mob and the world mob is forager values they're kind of vague. Right. They're kind of like mostly based off of sentiment. They're not very they're not very propositional at all. And that kind of makes them bad is that kind of makes them like difficult to to apply in practice, but it also makes them very very difficult to basically to nail down and to discuss

explicitly right. So I think being a social scientist or even a human scientist requires that you master a different set of concepts than if you were say a chemist or civil engineer. I think once you have mastered those concepts then these things can be nearly as usefully grounded. If you're outside of these areas, then you might find these words somewhat hard to pin down, but it depends on, you know, for example, look, if you were not a civil engineer, you might think energy what is energy sounds kind of vague to me like fire has energy. Okay, but you don't realize that you actually do have relatively precise definitions for some of these things. In other words, people are using are often just vaguely indicating what's more precise going on. So, I think, you know, for many of these things we have enough precision that we can usually employ a concept, but I also grant that if you don't have enough context, you won't be able to see that very well.
