The Importance of Collective Action in a Climate Emergency
We just lived through COVID lockdowns and those first couple of years of the pandemic when there were a number of like collective action initiatives that needed to be accomplished. Even if we do that, it's not guaranteed that we can solve the climate emergency because it is really bad. But yeah, right now we're not trying and I think once we do, we'll realize that our capabilities are just breathtaking. Those collective action efforts have enormous benefits and fostering a sense of community makes us more psychologically healthy.
