Your Eyes Only See and Your Ears Only Hear What You Are Looking For

Daniels: I want to pose a process for anybody listening, if you run a company or an organization. Do you have some access to some millennials in your community? And give them the challenge of saying, all right, i want you to go and interview our employees. What would be the rough cost of solving that problem? How difficult and long would it take? You'd end up with a list of amazing opportunities for your company. The question is, wonce you have the top five? So what about investing in some of those millennials to start a company or product to actually go and solve those things? That's a fun way to identify opportunities and to solve problems.
