Eating healthily and exercising is not going to influence your weight. But if it's long term, unsustainable, is there any point in going on a diet? If every single person who's ever done that diet has ended up back at their original weight. Some people have lost, you know, plenty of people have lost weight and kept it off. Much fewer than you would think. Especially if people have been large since they were very, very young. That's not say it's never happened, but you have to do it every day. And also should point out people in the highest, highest grade of obesity, that is always a bad outcome health wise.
