In accidental changes, a substance that already exists begins to have a new accident. This is the actualization of an accidental potency. In substantial changes, a new substance comes to exist for the first time. Only genetic materials from parent squirrels can do that. You need squirrels to get squirrels, but where do squirrels come from in the first place?
