The Godly Person Does No Evil to His Neighbor
David says in Psalm 15 that a vile person is despised, but one who fears the Lord is honored. David: The godly person does not admire or venerate or want to be like the vile person. In other words, to despise means you regard the person's character as ugly and dishonorable.
