Rishi Sunek and the Northern Protocol

There's a very decent chance there is some deal in the protocol within the next week or so. Rishi Sunek has been accused of just sitting on an agreement now for a week or so, but as I understand it, there was no final agreement yet. The view in Downing Street is yes, lots of people, including some Sinek, and I say, leave this alone, it's too dangerous to go near. But I think it hangs over everything. And given the Tories have said, get Brexit on in 2019, they think it's a very visible sign you haven't got on.
