What's the First Week of Onboarding?

The first year that you're with us technically your onboarding period. Nicole is in charge of managing that first week and then ultimately onboarding as a whole. We have a lot of activities planned where we introduce them to things they've probably never heard before. There's only one meeting where they meet with their flock leader and actually talk about their role.
