The Future of Artificial General Intelligence

Mental illness is not purely defined as something that harms the patient but also behaviors that can harm the society. We are rapidly approaching the state where our AIs, be it AGI or just adjusting double quotes, language models are becoming too complex to analyze at the level of weight and biases. So adopting higher level abstractions can actually be a promising way to approach the problem both in terms of diagnosis and forensics as well as treatment or coming up with resolutions.
