The problem of the trinity is, i think, a central one in christiana theology. How god and jesus could be the same and different at the same time? It's aristotle's problem of identity. A is a if they're the same, then you don't need two different names. Is just one name. There's no jesus, there's no son of god. But on the other hand, that's part of the of the religion, so they have to square that circle. I don't think that's ever actually been done.
