Developing People Is a Good Thing

Illi cout the c eos i work with now. These are company, businesses that they own directly. Sots like, does this make sense? Reward centric? Service centric? I still think it does. But youn d it building the team, developing team members, justthe it's not, you don't go to school for that. And you almost have to just take a special interest, but you almost need to be cognizant.
