The Public Execution in Uganda
In Uganda, there is a new facet of village life, reintroduced after a 75 year absence: the public execution. Even petty criminals are now dispatched on the trumped up basis that they are a risk to national security. The first resignation from the Uganda government cabinet happens shortly after these public executions.
